Join Helix Run Crew for our annual Shake Out Run on Saturday before the Rotterdam Marathon. 5K through the city, easy pace, good vibes and runners from all over. Everyone’s welcome!

You can leave your bag at the location during the run. Someone from the team will be present, but it is at your own risk.
